    International Shipping

    • Flat Rate: $25 (Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days, depending on destination)

  • We ship via Australia Post. International orders will be handed over to Australia Post’s partner courier when arrival in the destination country

  • You will be sent a shipping notification email which will have your tracking number listed

  • Orders are aimed to be processed within 1-5 business days.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

    We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

  • (a) If any product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you have legal rights and remedies in Australia under the Australian Consumer Law and other rights under other consumer laws applying in each Australian State and Territory, including the right to have the product repaired or replaced or to receive a refund of the price paid by you for the product.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable.
